Obsess about product over promotion

This conversation is pure gold and it offers more insight into how to do things right than any other podcast I've ever come across. (Audio-education nerd here.)

Obsessing about a high-quality product in the age when everyone on the interwebs is an "expert" of some sort and credibility + proof has become a weird territory is SUCH a relief. It feels good. Taking notes. Again. And loving it.
