Highway 75, Downtown Area - DUI/Vehicle Pursuit
A driver in a Dodge Dakota was arrested following a brief pursuit on April 24. The suspect was observed failing to maintain lane on Highway 75 northbound near downtown and refused to yield when officers attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle reached speeds of approximately 95 mph before slowing. The driver was arrested for 4th DUI offense. Nebraska State Patrol handled the arrest.
