  • This podcast is with Matthew Hays. He is currently leading an awesome team of hunters at Leupold but has an awesome background. I just loved his story because he represents what happens when you stay on a path for a lifetime. He got his first deer at 6 yrs old and grew up in a house where he was taught to use a 30/30 with iron sights. Married his high school sweetheart, spent time in the Marines in Intelligence, competed in NRL and PRS matches, ran certain aspects at the historical Leupold range training. This is all while climbing up through a corporate company going from a service call tech to now leading some of the greatest hunters on their team.
