The Motive discussions is paramount to my understanding of the situation being portrayed in each episode.

The conflict between what is perceived as right and what is legally acceptable is a very contemporary dilemma affecting our society today. We are all challenged to try to understand the complicated issues that are no longer black or white. The idea of truth, even among “the good guys,” is in such conflict with corruption, greed and power. The series, the script, the visual effects and the great portrayals of the actors made me mourn my naive belief that our human development will somehow advance to value the rights and privileges of all beings.
