This conversation was truly amazing. Some many areas mentioned such as the difference between knowing and understanding, truly seeking knowledge so you can think about it from several different perspectives. I loved what was said about humbling one’s ego and sprucing anger. Naming it out loud and just communicating how your feel about what you are taking in and the willingness to break that down further. I learned some great new approaches but I also feel like this episode was speaking to my soul. Thank you!!!

Mind blowing!!!!
