For episode 19 we interviewed our great friend Ryan Walton, frontman for the band Spirtyus. Join us as we take a trip down memory lane and discuss some of the good times we've shared together over the years. For some metal funk you can find Spirtyus music on all streaming platforms.

We recorded this episode for the 2025 Podcasthon which aims to bring together podcasters globally to raise awareness for charitable causes. We are dedicating this episode to raising awareness for The Sophie Lancaster Foundation. As many of you will know the foundation was set up following the brutal murder of 15 year old Sophie Lancaster in 2007 who was attacked by a gang for being different. The aims of the charity is to provide educational group-works that will challenge the prejudice and intolerance towards people from alternative subcultures, to campaign to have the UK Hate Crime legislation extended to include people from alternative subcultures, and keeping Sophie's legacy alive.
