A very emotional listen

I enjoyed reading this, even the dark and sad parts, but it was very emotional for me. I don’t regret it, but I cried a lot while listening. It spoke to me, certain parts of it. I think if you are a sexual assault survivor, or if you have ever been manipulated by somebody who pretended to love you while actually trying to get into your head for their own personal gain, and a lot of us have, you will benefit from listening to this, but it might also be a little bit triggering.
