Shevy Smith, a Los Angeles-based composer and producer, embarked on her illustrious career by signing a publishing deal as a teenager with Froehlig-Palmer Music/ Famous Music in Nashville.

A recipient of the prestigious ProMax Gold award and an Emmy-nominated producer/composer, Shevy's influence extends beyond the realm of music.

In 2019, she joined forces with Khalid Jones to establish Elite Shout, a creative firm dedicated to leveraging emerging technology for groundbreaking opportunities in the music industry. Ultimate Playlist, the first-of-its-kind music discovery app, was launched in 2023 in partnership with the Arizona Lottery.

Transitioning from a staff writer and college touring artist, Shevy's journey led her to the west coast in 2008, where she became the visionary force behind Forte Poesy—a groundbreaking music education program focused on empowering youth through the art of songwriting and musicianship.

Her innovative curriculum reached across the globe, implemented in public and private schools in iconic cities such as New York, Los Angeles, and London.

Simultaneously, Shevy showcased versatility by writing, voicing, producing, and engineering numerous national TV and film campaigns for major networks like ABC, NBC, Soapnet, and ESPN.

Bob Nissim, Helping and Educating Friends and Customers in The Financial Services Arena

Bob has been serving people through the financial services industry since first getting licensed to sell real estate in California in 1979.

In 1983, Bob got licensed in the securities industry with series 7 & 63 licenses and went on to spend 25 years mostly as a bond trader and portfolio manager for institutional investors.

He is now using his expertise building two businesses. He is also a founding member in a growing life insurance agency. He also has a business consulting practice that operates completely on a contingency basis. He get’s paid when the business receives money.

He love’s this model because it puts his interests in perfect alignment.

He is a lifelong San Francisco Bay Area resident, and has been married to the same amazing woman for over 42 years.

They have 2 beautiful daughters who are both married and have blessed them with 6 grandchildren. They love spending time with family and taking advantage of all the amazing outdoor activities this great state has to offer.

In addition to Organizational development, Strategy coaching, and positioning herself as a leader, here is more about what Jacqueline does for her clients!

I am an organic native to the Silicon Valley and greater Bay Area, with established roots in organizational development. Growing up in the epic center of a technology boom, surrounded by startups and innovated ideas has given me a playground with a variety of sandboxes to play in.

My experience and decision making is built around the data of personally watching companies fail and succeed.

Understanding what decisions led to those outcomes, what timelines were not met and why, what happens when the budget is not enough for the project at hand or staying in tuned with the latest technology that will close the gap on project deadlines, while at the same time maintaining personal relationships with clients. 

These project management insights coupled with a large understanding of company culture, employee behavior and the importance of partner development has made me a key player in any organization small or large, complex problems to building roadmaps for company succession and most importantly having a hand in making those plans and company goals a reality.

I am largely an action taker, the roll up your sleeves, get in the trenches kind of partner. I look at challenges as an opportunity to use current experience as a starting point to  find new ways to get to a solution and use different tool enhancements to achieve greater outcomes.
