I just did it too. I'm in year 7 of recovery too, so I get this need to fix, manage and control others, with great intentions. A few years ago, I started listening to Eckhart Tolle, I was serving at a restaurant and I noticed I always was coming to the back of the house at the restaurant, saying something negative about the guests or co workers. Then I noticed how much everyone else was too. Then I was like okay, let's change it to a positive thought, then let's not narrate this. And it's like the moment everything changed for me... I was turning my "judger" off, then I began turning it off on myself and OH.MI.GOSH, presence is here. My internal judger abd narrator was working OT. The practice of calming that compulsive need has been literally the best thing I've ever done for me! I hope this helps make yall more comfy!🤣

girls! I have a suggestion 🤣 to help with your lives🤣😆😂
