There is no other mental skill that can have such a deep and profound impact on every area of your life than visualization. But simply visualizing is not enough, to really give it horsepower one must learn to manipulate the subtle aspects visualization.

Visualization can be used for skill rehearsal and skill installation. It can be used to change beliefs, enhancing them or weakening them. Visualization is an integral part of memorization and memory skills. It can be used in self-healing, emotional processing, manifesting, and personal performance.

Abused it can increase stress, create feelings of failure, or reinforce the dreaded concept “I'm not enough.”

Through Neuro-Linguistic Programming there are techniques to amplify the power of visualization AND in fact, is an integral part of NLP.
