Some of the catch phrases like “I deserve” and “I have trouble knowing my worth” can take people further away from the experience they want to have rather than closer. They can turn us towards inner work that won’t produce the results were hoping and, worst case, can bolster a story that we’re entitled to things we’re truly not.

The notion of “win-win” or “no deal” is an important concept in all kinds of human relating. And being able to discern and implement that approach quickly and efficiently saves us a lot of time so that we can move towards people and situations that are available to meet us in a way that authentically works for us.

In past lives, we tended to place energetic bindings on the oaths and vows we swore. These could be vows of marriage, chastity, or poverty.
