There is so much to love about this podcast, but my favorites are the variety of backgrounds in the guests that Jeff brings as well as the authenticity by all that seems to come out of just a simple hour. My most favorites are the episodes where Jeff and a co-host offer real time advice (not therapy) and actionable and achievable steps to help everyday folks with relatable problems...and we get an instant followup! It's so beautiful to hear these stories and thank you, Jeff, for sharing this with your community!
