PRS are a British copyright collective, and to briefly explain they are responsible for ensuring artists are correctly paid whenever their song is played. Music royalties are notoriously complicated, so it is essential that roles such as Dominika’s exist in the industry! 


    In this episode Dominika told us how her journey into the music industry began and where she is now. We also spoke about what working at PRS is like, and whether music industry companies in general have become more aware of gender issues within the workplace.
