So monotone

was excited to hear ur side of the story but after the 2nd episode it shows that u still take no accountability. If u weren't the instigator then blow up Sandovals spot..u know he's going to S11..other than that it's not even ur podcast it sounds like a really cheap insurance therapy session

Rachel Takes Control

I’m glad she’s telling her truth, she removed herself from the toxic show and is working on herself. She’s showing her maturity and I wish her well!

Blah

I have been trying to listen but most of the episodes are soo short and full of ads. I have to listen to it sped up just for it to go at a normal pace. There are only a few moments here and there that are interesting, you could literally cover the whole show in a TickTock or two. I’m just not understanding the point of this it pretty lame over all. You would think with iHeart radio behind this it would be better, and they would have more to talk about or find new areas to go into. All 12 episodes could have been put together in 2 whole podcasts but they are stringing out minimal content to maximize their ad profits. For example the latest podcast is 17 min long and mostly filler commercials. Say what you need to say girl and get on with it already. Good grief.

Happy to hear her truth.

watching season 10 now and Rachel struggling with the secret she's trying to keep, you can see her just battling herself and not knowing what to do.. while Tom lives it up as though nothing is happening.. watching the girls bully her on the girls trip.. I would have quit right there. Then they comfort you but did they apologize? No, what a mind f*** for her. She thought she had someone who understood her in Tom, who lied about his relationshop status.. and Rachel took all the fallout.. why?

Love this podcast!

I’ve enjoyed listening to every episode! Love hearing her point of view and she is the only one that seems to have grown and matured the most from this situation. She’s done a lot of self reflection and is owning her part!

slow and sad

I hope you get away from the group you're in now. You are being led astray and sound very childish. Keep up therapy and take more classes or groups on trust so you won't keep getting taking advantage of. (you should be ashamed if you are 1 of those telling her to watch vpr and/or talking about it. let her move on.) I was hoping this would be good but Rachel makes me sad because she doesn't understand some basics of human behavior, that she should recognize at her age. Good luck in the future.

Refreshing take

...there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking accountability & control of your own narrative & mental wellness. I'm rooting for Rachel & her well-being
