I was first introduced to this podcast by ways of the BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast. I mistakenly thought that since I had been investing for a short time and listening to the other show that maybe the “Rookie” podcast would not be for me. However, once I started listening I could not stop. Ashley and Tony are awesome to listen to and even the information I feel I already “know” provides positive reinforcement and helps solidify various concepts in my brain. I am an active duty soldier in the US Army (Special Forces); this show has helped me learn important investing concepts in the real estate world regardless of my busy schedule. Thanks to this podcast and others at BiggerPockets, in 3 years time, I am now at 5 LTRs and 1 STR across two states.
