  • Summary

  • Red Card Radio is a weekly look at the Premier League from three friends who support different clubs. Red Card Radio hopes to tell and opine on the major story threads of the Premier league with a more specific focus on the clubs we support. My name is James and I support the greatest club in North London, Arsenal. I'm joined weekly by my two good friends. Sean will take offense to my claims about Arsenal, due to his allegiance to Tottenham. Brad will argue and tell you why history doesn’t matter and the Chelsea Football Club is the biggest club.

  • Arsenal Host Manchester City (RCR 272)
    Jan 31 2025

A weekend full of matches after a European midweek sees last season's champions travel to last season's runners up. While Arsenals title challenge for this season is ongoing, City's has yet to take off; a win at the Emirates would jump start their beleaguered league season. High flying Bournemouth host current league leaders Liverpool. One of the most dangerous grounds to go to for opposition this year, Liverpool will look to avoid the same fate that Arsenal, Tottenham, and Manchester City faced when they traveled to the south coast. A London derby sees Chelsea welcome back former first team coach, Graham Potter's new outfit, West Ham United. Check all this out on this weeks preview of the Premier League on RCR.

  • PGMOL's Arsenal Problem (RCR 271)
    Jan 29 2025

In a week that had lots on the line in the Premier League, Arsenal were handed a tough blow in the first half against Wolves. An erroneous red card saw the Gunners have to play the game down a man until an erroneous yellow card (a foul that should have seen straight red) saw the playing field return to parity. The Arsenal finally found the break through and won the match, saving a result that could have easily gotten away from them due to a very poor refereeing decision. Bournemouth continued their impressive run as they put five past visitors Nottingham Forest. Chelsea tasted defeat against City and Spurs dropped yet another game, this time against stragglers Leicester City. Check out this week's review of Round 23.

  • FA Cup Madness (RCR 266)
    Jan 10 2025

As the calendar tips back over to January and the new year begins, the Premier League teams are welcomed with open arms into the FA Cup. The Third Round Proper is where the posh boys waltz in to. Across 32 matches, only two of those matches are comprised of all EPL teams. Aston Villa welcome West Ham United to Villa Park on Friday and Arsenal host Manchester United at the Emirates on Sunday. The Sunday fixture sees the current holders, United, face off against bitter rivals and the club that has the most ever FA Cups, Arsenal. Interestingly enough, if United win this iteration of the FA Cup they will equal Arsenal's total of 14 cups. The other big boys in the EPL all have lower division opposition, will any of them be upset this weekend? Check out this week's episode of RCR.
