In this deeply personal episode, I open my heart and share the truth of one of the most pivotal and painful moments in my life, the passing of my beautiful mum when I was just 24 years old.

Losing her cracked me open in ways I never expected. It shattered the version of me that once was and began the unraveling of who I thought I needed to be… and the remembering of who I truly was beneath it all.

In this deeply personal episode, I share a powerful breakthrough that came through for me on my latest trip to Bali, one that shifted so much in how I view myself, my role, and the way I show up in the world…

I realised: I don’t need to rewrite it.
I don’t need to put my stamp on it.
I don’t need to trial and error my way through it or do the hard slog.

Just being ME is enough.
My energy is enough. My presence is enough. My gifts are enough.

And this awakening happened because of the incredible container that Bali holds, a place of beauty, deep healing, expansion, and soul remembrance.

I share how I’ve come to rename self-care as “Everyone Benefits Care” — because when I pour into myself, it ripples out, when I give to myself, when I take time to rest, reconnect, and refill my own cup, everyone around me benefits.

And the version of me that shows up — she’s more present, more grounded, more aligned.

I open up about the guilt that used to come with taking time for me — especially as a mother, a wife, and a healer. And how I’ve learned that when I prioritise myself, I become more present, more loving, and more powerful in everything I do.

In this episode, I share something I’ve carried in my heart for a long time, I share this through a letter I wrote to my dad.

This is a follow-on from my previous episodes where I opened up about our complicated relationship, the choices I made to protect my peace, and the moments leading up to his transition.

When I visited him recently, my soul found the closure it had been searching for. I said what I needed to say on a soul level, and that brought a deep sense of peace. Yet my humanness, my inner child, my heart, my emotions, still had words left unspoken.

This letter is for her.
For me.
For the parts of us all that still ache, even after the closure.
This is how I honour my full self — not just the healed parts, but the grieving ones too.

In this episode, I share:

• The raw and honest emotions I’ve been processing since his passing
• How I navigated the difference between soul closure and human pain
• The healing that comes from speaking your truth, even if it’s too late for someone else to hear it
• Why writing this letter was an act of release, forgiveness, and freedom

This is for anyone who’s ever walked away from a parent, friend, or loved one and carried the weight of that decision — even when it was the right one.

May this serve as a reminder:
It’s okay to still feel.
It’s okay to still cry.
It’s okay to honour your human.

Some healing happens through time.
Some happens through truth.
And some happens when you finally give your heart the words it needed all along.
