• Fathers to Children, and Children to Fathers
    Mar 12 2023

We made it! Excited to share with you the final episode of season one of the Restoration unto Revival Podcast. We finish up this season talking about the verses that prompted us to begin this podcast teaching out of the book of Malachi. These are prophetic verses that show us the Father's heart for restoration.  God is speaking special words about family, and specifically the restoration of family relationships and the breaking of generational curses. You can't dismiss the internal work of restoration that God wants to do in your heart. Send comments/questions/testimonies to: chris@restoration-llc.com

  • Spiritual Hearing Aids
    Mar 5 2023

People get ready. Jesus is coming. The coming of the Day of the Lord should provoke a desire to prepare our hearts to meet Him. It is a time of preparation. And every new day is one less day we have available to prepare ourselves as a Bride to meet our Bridegroom. Revelation 22:17 states, "The Spirit and the bride say, Come!" This is a key principle to understand. You must discern what the Spirit is saying and then say the same thing! A time to fear the Lord and allow the Word and Presence of God to gain more ground in the territory of our home, workplace and heart. • They shall be Mine
    Feb 26 2023

The Word is clear that there are great promises for us when we fear and reverence the Lord. One of the most powerful promises is the Lord saying in Malachi 3:17, "They shall be Mine." A core desire of all of us to have our Heavenly Father listen to us, to know that are prayers are being heard. We must stop in the middle of our circumstances and just consider who are Father is. We need to be still and sensitive to His voice and direction. There is so much noise in the world and in our lives and we must be intentional about making space to just be with Father and listen. Don't forget that you are His treasured possession and His valued personal property. He loves you and He delights in you. He longs to see you break the generational curses over your life and create a legacy of victory for yourself and your family. Send comments/questions/testimonies to: chris@restoration-llc.com

  • Move over fear, perfect love coming through
    Feb 19 2023

If fear is the beginning of wisdom, love must be the end of wisdom. The Word teaches us that perfect love casts out all fear. A leader told us once that, "a lover will outwork a worker any day of the week." Being perfected in the love of Jesus is the goal. How are you doing? How are WE doing? If we truly love the Lord we will trust Him and obey what He says. We can't say that we fully God without true obedience to His Word.  We find freedom and restoration in obedience birthed out of love. Obedience from a place of love not only affects our life, but a testimony of obedience can impact the lives of those around you. Send comments/questions/testimonies to: chris@restoration-llc.com

  • The tithe went where?!?!
    Feb 5 2023

The principle of the tithe is so important that it needed its own episode. Although you will not find us in total agreement on this topic, what you will find is a healthy discussion and honest presentation of what the Bible says about the destination of the tithe. And what is totally true is that many leaders in the church, in their quest to look out for their own well-being and their own desires, have forgotten about the Biblical mandate that we all have to take care of and provide for the widow, the orphan, the needy, and the trafficked. We will read what the Bible shares about the purpose of the tithe and understand managing the funds that are given to extend the work of the Lord is a high and holy calling. • Be a channel of blessing, not just a broke tither
    Jan 29 2023

In this episode we continue learning important principles from the book of Malachi. For example, understanding how essential is it to teach the Word of God to the next generation and realizing the importance of the circumcision of the heart. The Israelites who came out of Egypt did not teach their children about the covenant of circumcision and as a result a whole generation of grown men had to be circumcised before entering into the promised land. We also discuss the Biblical principle of tithing and the need to have a generous heart and a true desire to be channels of blessing. The Bible teaches us that there are great blessings and promises when we honor the Lord with our giving. Our giving is an act of worship. • The ball is in your court
    Jan 22 2023

How many times have we changed something or thought we needed to DECIDE differently in order to experience a different outcome in our life? Our God does not change. His character does not change. Sadly, many times WE change, we waver and falter. We have free will and so the way God deals with us or tries to get our attention might change. But His character is eternally firm. The ball is in our court. It's our move. We must desire to come close to the Lord to become like Him. In this episode, we read a powerful phrase in Malachi where the Lord says, "Return to Me, and I will return to you." Jesus came down and took the biggest step towards us. Now it's our turn to step towards Him and turn our face towards the only one who can truly satisfy us. Send comments/questions/testimonies to: chris@restoration-llc.com
