But of course, there’s a twist: Daryl isn’t your typical kid. He’s actually an experimental government project—an android with artificial intelligence, designed by the military. And when the truth starts to unravel, Daryl’s creators want him shut down. What follows is part sci-fi escape thriller, part emotional family drama, and a whole lot of 80s charm."
