6 October 2024 marked 50 years unsolved for Wendy Evans & Lorraine Wilson.
I spoke with Michael Nolan from Toowoomba's local paper, The Chronicle, in the lead up to the milestone anniversary. This Bonus Episode contains audio from a video I uploaded to the Lorraine & Wendy Facebook page, discussing the contents and correcting some of the details.

6 October 2024 marks half a century since Lorraine Wilson & Wendy Evans were murdered at the foothills of the Toowoomba range in 1974. We have one last chance at some form of justice for the girls before this case is lost to time. There are important questions that deserve to be answered, for the girls' sake if no-one else's. Why does this case sit cold and unsolved? How did assumed perpetrator evidence go "missing" from police custody? Why did police destroy 99% of the remaining physical evidence in an open case for which they have an active $250K reward? And why weren't glaring leads followed up on?

Who benefited from this case going absolutely nowhere?

We tried to do this "the right way", behind the scenes. Many incredible people have helped us on the journey so far. People I hope you'll get to meet, because they deserve recognition of their willingness to try and right wrongs that happened decades ago, at the hands of others. The public narrative in the case will have inevitably hindered justice for Lorraine & Wendy. Because it isn't accurate. We aren't asking you blindly believe us, just to listen....and we'll show you.

Going public isn't a strategy. It's our only option left.

  • 012. Meaghan Rose: $200K Motive
    Sep 4 2024

    Send us a text

Welcome to our dive into the death of Meaghan Louise Rose.

This could easily be the plot of a Netflix thriller. A suspected suicide turned murder investigation, a beheading, a nationwide manhunt for an alleged killer who slipped through the police net & a half a million dollar reward for his capture.

When our victim Meaghan Rose died back in 1997, her death was initially found to be non-suspicious and was ruled a suicide. It wasn’t until last year in July 2023, 26 years later, that QLD police issued an arrest warrant in her case. With that arrest warrant this case doesn’t currently sit as a whodunit, but rather, a where-is-he?
As the subject of that warrant, 71 yr old Keith Lees, is on the run.

Despite his age, Lees is a convicted murderer and will continue to pose a very real danger to the Australian public, particularly women in the community, until such time as he is apprehended.

We are all responsible for finding him. If you recognise Lees, do NOT approach him. Call triple-0 immediately and notify police of his whereabouts.

The reward offered for for the apprehension & conviction of the person or person's responsible for Meaghan's suspected murder, is $500,000. There is also an indemnity from prosecution on the table for any accomplice to the crime.

If you or someone you know has information pertaining to the circumstances of Meaghan's death, please contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

ALL INDIVIDUALS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW

Welcome to Part 1 of our dive into the suspicious death of Angela Mealing.

Angela was 17 when her life was cut short. On the same night she disappeared, Angie had already been physically assaulted on at least 2 separate occasions that we know of. 6 weeks later her body was found. Was it suicide? Or staged to look like one? The last person who admits to being with her, was an off-duty police officer.

In Part 1 we'll examine this officer's various, changing statements about events that night & look at the evidence available in the case.

Someone is holding the information that pieces Angie's puzzle together.

  • 007. Pearce Family Murders: Meredith, Adam, Travis & Kerry - Part 2
    Sep 27 2022

    Send us a text

This is Part 2 of our look into the senseless & confounding Pearce family murders.

You'll often hear people jokingly say "Oh the husband did it" with regard to intra-familial crimes. But, really they're only half-joking. Because we know it *is* most likely to be the spouse. Pearce then being unaccountable since the end of his overnight shift, certainly doesn't help promote an idea of innocence.

But what is the publicly known evidence against Stuart? And how much of that is circumstantial? (Kelly Siegler for one, loves a circumstantial case). We will also take a look at if there are any other possibilities that need to be considered & ruled out.

One of you could be holding the information that pieces the puzzle together.

The reward offered for information in the murders of Meredith and the children, is $1 Million.

If you or someone you know, has information pertaining to the Pearce family murders, please contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
