Warren Buffett didn’t become one of the world’s richest men by following the crowd—and in this episode of StockCast, we unpack the real reasons why his investing philosophy still outperforms even in today’s fast-paced markets.

In this special tribute to the Oracle of Omaha, host Del Denney and Rich Dad Expert Andy Tanner dive deep into Buffett’s timeless lessons: why emotion is your worst enemy in investing, how wealth is really built (hint: not by chasing trends), and why most people will never achieve financial freedom—unless they change how they think.

You’ll also learn how Buffett’s simple approach—buying great businesses and holding them for the long haul—can give you an edge in any market. Whether you’re new to investing or a seasoned pro, this episode will challenge your assumptions and reframe your financial strategy.

If you’ve ever felt like school never really taught you how money works… you’re not alone. In this episode of the Rich Dad StockCast, host Dell Denny sits down with Rich Dad Advisor Andy Tanner to break down one of the most powerful financial tools ever created: the CASHFLOW® Board Game by Robert Kiyosaki.

This isn’t Monopoly. It’s real financial education disguised as a game. Learn how to escape the rat race, how the wealthy think about assets and liabilities, and how you (and your kids!) can build a lifelong foundation of financial literacy—starting at your kitchen table.

Andy shares the origin story of the game, how it transformed his family’s financial mindset, and why playing CASHFLOW® regularly reveals your true investing habits before you risk a single real-world dollar.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned investor, this episode is packed with insights you won’t hear in school, at work—or anywhere else.

  • S3E46: Why the Rich NEVER Gamble During Earnings Season
    May 13 2025

Earnings season is here — and for most investors, that means chaos. Stocks soar, crash, and social media is full of hype and hot takes. But here’s the truth: the rich don’t gamble during earnings season… they prepare for it.

In this episode of Rich Dad StockCast, host Del Denney sits down with investor and Rich Dad expert Andy Tanner to reveal how smart investors approach earnings differently. Instead of guessing which stocks will pop or drop, they focus on fundamentals, cash flow, and strategic positioning — not emotions.

Andy breaks down the 3 parts of every investment that matter:
1️⃣ The work the asset does
2️⃣ The earnings it produces
3️⃣ The price you pay

He also explains why speculators obsess over price, while real investors look at value and cash flow. You’ll also hear about powerful tools like implied volatility and volatility crush trades, plus why quality of work matters more than flashy headlines.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced trader, this episode will change how you view earnings forever.

I love the podcast and have heard that Andy also has his own podcast that I am going to listen to. I come from reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Cashflow Quadrant and had an itch that needed scratched.
After taking Robert’s quiz for my “Rich Dad”, I found some of Andy’s webinars. I flew through 2-3 of them and loved the info, but didn’t have liquid money to invest in the 4-pillars course or mentors club, so I came here. I read that Andy gave away a lot of the same game on here that he does in the course and was not disappointed. The only downside is now my hunger to get the course is 10x more. Andy and Greg, please never stop being amazing humans and giving away great game!!
