Interesting insightful

I’m so appreciative to have something get through my day! I hope these podcasts last. This one really helped me see why I got off social media 5 years ago. I did feel like I overwhelmed everyone with postings and then not being present in real life. I think some people understand a good balance I did not and I have to be reminded constantly why! Thanks Mina for another great listen!
