  • Today we have the pleasure of being joined by Martin Samuels. Martin has had (in his words) a slightly unconventional career. He currently works within local government and operates as a strategic director for social care and education. Before this he worked for the NHS and in the civil service. All different sectors but one common theme, impacting people’s lives positively. Martin shares a brilliant story about helping an individual find employment, which to this day is one of the highlights of his career.

    Martin’s passion to help people has been the driving force which has guided him through several different jobs, proving that you don’t need a strict career plan to succeed and be happy, just a willingness to make a difference. This is a great lesson to all of us. Don’t limit yourself to the possibilities of life, go with the flow and follow your passion.
