  • Butch Martin has Allison Clayton, her law students and Texas Tech University to thank for his freedom. When Texas Tech's Innocence Clinic got involved in his case, Allison and third-year law students believed Butch would get the justice he deserved. In 2023, they saw that come to fruition.
