  • " My Post-natal Depression journey "
    May 25 2024

In this emotional, revealing and honest episode, I share my own personal journey with Post-natal depression. A topic very close to my heart and one that I feel should be openly discussed and for there to be more, education and training for.

This episode surprised me as I got quite emotional recalling what I went through at the time, which was just over 12 years ago.

Every mum's experience is different and I hope sharing my own experience can be a powerful reminder that you are not alone and you will get through it. Most importantly, that you are doing an amazing job!.

  • " Remembering Me "
    May 17 2024

In this first ever episode " Remembering Me " of my Podcast Sandra Daisy Mummy's Time, I share why creating and prioritising 'me time/mummy's time" has become paramount to my daily routine and how it has helped me to feel balanced in mind and body.

I share my own personal insights about what prioritising and making this time, for yourself looks like and I hope that my experiences resonates with you and enables you to remember how important it is for your own wellbeing as a mummy, to create some time for you.

This is a topic I had struggled with over the years, which lead me to absolute burnout.

Recognising that together with the mum guilt and after being in and walking away from an emotionally abusive marriage, I had to rewire and renew my whole mindset, and internal conversation in order for " Remembering Me", to start to take place.
