In today's healing conversation, Erika Brown shares her healing journey and how trauma showed up in her body. When Erika was diagnosed with Conversion Disorder, her entire life changed and taught her lessons that she shares. Her wisdom and experience ooze through as she speaks. Join me as we receive the medicine that Erika was meant to share with us today. This conversation made me feel like I went to church and school and graduated. Erika's words are like a healing balm, she heals through her words.

Erika Brown is an Author, Speaker, Empowerment Mentor, and Human Design/Gene Keys Guide. Her journey toward this work began in July 2007 when she gained a new perspective on herself. However, it wasn't until January 2010 that she actively started making intentional changes in her life to create something different. Over the course of 11 years, she went through a significant transformation and appeared to be thriving.

Unfortunately, her life took a turn when she was hospitalized for a week and diagnosed with Conversion Disorder with non-epileptic seizures in September 2021. This diagnosis had a profound impact on her, and it seemed like the life she had worked so hard to build was falling apart. Erika then embarked on a two-year journey inward, during which she began the process of transforming her life from the inside out.

Erika's belief in the power of self-discovery and the potential for personal alchemy through this process is a central theme in her work. She is passionate about healing, empowerment, transformation, and wellness and is eager to assist others in their journeys of self*empowerment and transformation.
