    A tornado with wind speeds of up to 105 mph was confirmed to have hit Clark Mills during the early morning storms, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Binghamton. Two children and one adult were killed when storm winds caused trees to collapse onto two separate homes in the Clark Mills area, authorities stated.
