    [00:28:30] Because when that avalanche slides you down, and everyone has different forms of avalanches and struggles that slide them down to the bottom, you have the choice. You have the choice to stay stuck at the bottom or start to climb an alternative peak.

Because if I did not keep performing in my own personal best, I would not have rebuilt those habits that allowed me to rewire my brain. And everybody can rewire their brain, whether you've had a brain injury or not.
