    As a wife, mother, and grandmother (affectionately known as “Yaya”), Kenyetta Jeffries’ approach to ministry is deeply influenced by her experiences in family life. She is committed to creating spaces where individuals feel nurtured, supported, and encouraged to grow. Born in Michigan and raised in San Diego, California, Kenyetta has always drawn strength from her roots.

    Kenyetta’s spiritual journey began at the age of 23 with a life-changing encounter during the 1994 Northridge earthquake. Awakened by the Spirit of God, she instinctively cried out to Him, leading to a supernatural experience that brought her to faith through Jesus Christ. During this transformative time, John 14:6 was highlighted to her, where Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life." This truth captured her heart and continues to anchor her call, reminding her that she is following the way, the truth, and the life. This encounter marked the start of her lifelong commitment to sharing hope and reaching out to those often considered unreachable.

    In the mid to late 90s, Kenyetta’s ministry journey began in Los Angeles, where she was a performance arts teacher at Hollywood Little Red Schoolhouse. During this same period, she became a member of Church of the Harvest, under the pastoral leadership of Bishop Clarence McClendon, where she volunteered her time cleaning the church and eventually working with the youth. Her role as a teacher, combined with her volunteer work, allowed her to integrate her passion for dance and performance arts into ministry, using it as a powerful tool to connect and inspire.

    In the fall of 1999, Kenyetta relocated to Monroe, Michigan, where she began her career within the airline industry while also attending and serving at Stewart Road Christian Ministries Center under Pastor Sam Luke. Starting as a volunteer, she gradually took on greater responsibilities, eventually serving as youth pastor. During this time, dance continued to be a significant part of her ministry, both in the church and through outreach. Her efforts led to the founding of Spirit of Dance, a non-profit dance studio, creating a space for young people in the community to express themselves and grow through the arts. In 2008, she was licensed as a minister under the leadership of Pastor John Hearns at Christian Faith Ministries in Garden City, Michigan, solidifying her role in ministry leadership.

    In 2010, Kenyetta relocated to Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where she felt a calling to expand her ministry further. In the fall of 2017, she founded New Day Ministries, which marked a new chapter in her journey. Despite the challenges that followed, she remained steadfast in her mission to restore hope, renew faith, and embrace purpose.

    Dr. Tara earned her Ph.D. from the University at Buffalo’s, American Studies program specializing in Global Gender Studies (Women’s Studies) along with an Advanced Certificate in Teaching for Leading Diversity. Alongside her professional background, she has published several academic book chapters, and scholarly articles and is the co-author of two books; The Roadmap to Investing in Yourself: The Real Costs of a College Education (2022) and Is College a Lousy Investment?: Negotiating the Hidden Cost of Higher Education (2018) which discusses how students can get a return on their investment.

    Dr. Tara’s most recent book, Life Lessons of a Queen: The Sword, Crown, and Scepter (2023) inspires and empowers women to know their worth as royalty in the Kingdom of God. It shows us how God masterfully positions us for purpose just like He did with Esther.

    Dr. Tara is a woman of faith who enjoys teaching and equipping leaders with the tools they need to succeed on their distinctively designed pathways. In her spare time, she serves as a board member and Vice Chair of the National African-American Women’s Leadership Institute

    (NAAWLI) and enjoys mentoring young adults in the community. Dr. Tara is the proud mother of two daughters, Makayla, and Jael.

    Jennifer Jean Jones is 50, widowed, resides in Griffin, Georgia, and is the owner of Jennifer Joseph's Salon in McDonough, Georgia. Jennifer is a woman after God's own heart, on a mission to reach other women as they walk through life experiences and endure extreme hardships that can take their breath away, and often leave them feeling hopeless.

    Jennifer has had a life filled with traumas. Some of these include, being molested, raped, a victim of domestic violence, experiencing church hurt, betrayal from friends, and even betrayal from family.

    She is not only a survivor, but through Christ an overcomer! She has been called to walk boldly into spaces filled with other women, to bring the life-saving message that, not only do we have a Savior, but as His child, we have a HELPER that will direct our every step, if we can just learn to listen.

    Mildred Albert is a Christian who has supported her husband for over 44 years in ministry. Mildred is in her 49th year of marriage. Mildred and her husband are humbly proud parents of two daughters. They also have an infant daughter who is resting peacefully in the arms of God. Mildred and her husband are honored to have three godsons, of whom they are also humbly proud…they are referred to as a breath of fresh air. The Alberts are a United States Air Force family.

    Most importantly, Mildred knows God, not just about Him. She cherishes her relationship with God. Mildred confides, “Oh, how precious is the opportunity to go to him and know that all will be well in any situation.” Mildred has the privilege to lead the women’s ministry at her church. She enjoys joining women of different denominations and churches for a Christian women’s book club, called True Vine. The women have gathered for over 20 years to read and fellowship. They also see the book club as a ministry, reaching out with activities and providing information on their website. Lastly, working in ministry has allowed Mildred to reach out within her church community and collaborate and support other churches. Mildred’s desire is to do the will of God. Mildred believes that God has blessed her to be a blessing.

    Mildred is a former Behavioral Specialist and a traditional and Montessori teacher. Mildred has also worked as a clinical therapist in a joint SBH program collaborative between an urban school district and a children’s treatment center. She also worked in the treatment center’s Early Childhood Intervention Program as a therapist for students displaying severe behavioral challenges. As a former social worker and mental health therapist, Mildred has worked on a hospital inpatient psychiatric unit and for a county Children’s Services and a Department of Social Services specializing in adoption and foster care. Mildred’s research area focused on Functional Behavioral Assessment and student behavioral issues. She is a co-author of an article on diversity.

    Jacquie is the oldest of three (3) children born to Barbara Johnson-Clayton in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the mother of one son.

    A Queen City native, Jacquie was educated in the Cincinnati Public School system, graduating from the critically acclaimed School for the Creative and Performing Arts. Jacquie went on to further her education at Wright State University and the University of Cincinnati majoring in Child Psychology and Business Administration, respectively.

    Jacquie is a part of the Ministerial Alliance, Women of Purpose and the Music Departments at her home church, Hope for You Family Life and Worship Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, where Bishop Larry Dempsey is the Senior Pastor.

    Jacquie was called to the ministry at an early age and has been ministering through song and the preached Word of God for over 35 years. She has served in various capacities of ministry including Evangelism, Outreach, Minister of Music, Praise and Worship Director, and Executive Administrator.

    Jacquie has been blessed to share a multitude of platforms with a myriad of world-renowned Gospel Artists, Pastors, Preachers, Teachers, and Conference Facilitators from various organizations. She has assisted in birthing several church plants, organizing ministries and outreach events, sat on ordination councils; has a heart for young people, really everyone; provides leadership, encouragement and strategic counsel to many, especially women and women in ministry. Apostle Burrell has been recognized as a trailblazer, pioneer and activist. This Bio only contains a portion of 37 years of ministry. This anointed woman of God, who is a prayer warrior and prophetic voice to the nations, is also equipped to activate and empower the body of Christ to understand their purpose and destiny in effectively doing the work of ministry.

    Apostle’s overcoming Scripture remains Jeremiah 29:11 ~ "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."
