  • 44. Stephanie Case on her UTS Win, Motherhood & Making Space for Women
    Jun 4 2025

Thrilled to welcome Stephanie Case to the podcast today - a humanitarian lawyer, ultra-runner, and a mum! You might have recently seen her story making waves after she won the Ultra Trail Snowdonia 100km not only starting from wave 3, but also breastfeeding her daughter during the race which was so cool. In this episode, we talk about that powerful moment, her first race since becoming a mum, and everything it taught her. But Stephanie’s journey goes far beyond this win, and it was an awesome opportunity to talk about much more of her story too, from racing epic events such as Tor des Glaciers, her journey to pregnancy, to her work advocating for women in sport, and using her platform to inspire, support and make space for others. I can’t wait for you to hear it.

  • 43: Holly Stables on TSP Solo, Mental Grit & the Journey Beyond the Finish Line
    May 21 2025

Super happy to welcome Holly Stables to the podcast for today’s episode. She is a talented ultra-runner, coach and our conversation took place just three weeks after she completed The Speed Project Solo—an epic run and journey from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. We dive into what makes this challenge so unique and intense. Holly shares how the experience measured up to her expectations, what the return to “real life” was like, and why it ended up being just as much a mental journey as a physical one.. We also explore Holly’s path as a runner and her career in the industry—what's evolved, and what new challenges are emerging.

It’s a thoughtful, honest conversation about endurance, growth, and perspective. I hope you enjoy the episode!
