This verse is from the Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 13, Verse 1. The translation is:
Śrī Bhagavān uvāca
Idaṁ śarīraṁ kaunteya kṣetram ityabhidhīyate
Etad yo vetti taṁ prāhuḥ kṣetrajña iti tad-vidaḥ
"The Supreme Lord said: O Kaunteya (Arjuna), this body is called the field (Kṣetra), and one who knows this field is called the knower of the field (Kṣetrajña) by the wise."

The body is referred to as the field because it is the domain where experiences, actions, and changes occur.
