Voice is perfect. It's soft and comforting, yet firm and guiding.
By far my favorite way to fall asleep. I've listened to dozens of other guided meditations/sleep hypnosis and not one is even close.

An added bonus is how much it has helped calm my mind when I am awake. I feel like I have better control of my emotions and find myself being able to pause before speaking. Which helps in my personal and professional life so thank you Jessica and team. Truly.

I’m menopausal, which disrupts my sleep and also suffered a severe trauma early in the year, so my sleep leans towards being very disregulated.
I found Sleep Magic out of desperation.. and was surprised how often it truly help me fall asleep and stay asleep.
Jessica is so relatable, funny and soothing. I really enjoy the variety of subjects, although I do typically fall asleep within about 10 minutes of listening. Even night when I think “ this isn’t going to work tonight” I usually wake up in the morning not remembering any of the podcast past “your eyes are so heavy”
Full disclosure, I started listening to podcasts a few years ago and quickly learned that I do best when I slow them down to .70 speed.
I listen to all podcasts this way.. and I love it. I have a premium membership to sleep magic but can’t adjust the speed in that platform so stick a my audible with full speed variability.. what a weirdo!!
