Fixing the Sleep Problem
I have plenty of soothing sounds and/or gentle bedtime readings and I have enjoyed them. Sleeping Buddha is different from them though. By carving out time in my life to make listening to this 30 minute podcast a routine, I feel like I am gradually remembering how to sleep on my own again and not need the help. The story of the travel is interesting and it starts me out where I am: still alert. Then I am gradually reminded to relax my body. Sleep comes without me having to worry about it. I am really enjoying this podcast.

of 12 minuets the first 8 are the author speaking
only 4 minuets of sound. by the time the sound started i was anoied and just as i started to fall asleep it stopped.
