    As the CEO and Creative Founder of MONOGRID, a leading digital design studio specializing in interactive experiences and new media, I lead a team of 60 dedicated professionals. With a focus on fostering creativity and innovation, I steer the creative vision and direction of our projects while overseeing the entire creative process.

    My role involves building and nurturing international teams, empowering them to deliver their best work. With a deep understanding of Interaction Design, AD campaigns, VR, marketing strategies, web applications, and user interface design, I ensure that our projects adhere to industry best practices.

    In addition to my responsibilities at MONOGRID, I serve as a mentor and metaverse consultant at the prestigious Istituto Marangoni. My passion for visual design spans across digital technology and physical installations, driving me to stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovative ideas.

    I am driven by curiosity and a relentless pursuit of excellence, constantly seeking new opportunities to push boundaries and create impactful experiences in the ever-evolving landscape of design and technology.
