    Travis Osmond is the oldest son of Merrill and Mary Osmond.  Early on in life, he experienced the mania involved in touring with his parents, uncles, and aunt Marie. Within eight years, Thurl Bailey had won an NCAA Championship at North Carolina State and was drafted by the NBA's Utah Jazz--in large part because one coach saw in him what others couldn't.
