As the sun rises and burns off the morning fog and misty rain, listeners will hear the distinct kerplunk of ripened fruit falling from the towering Water Tupelo trees as woodpecker calls and drumming dominate, including the sounds of Pileated, Red-bellied, Hairy and Downy species.
