About this listen
On today's episode I'm talking about how stress in my life has affected me and helped caused me to have an autoimmune disease, Hashimoto's disease.
I have always been a people pleaser and I had a lot of stress put on me as a kid by my family. I never learned how to cope or destress and as an adult it has caught up to me.
I'm here to tell you that it's okay if you didn't learn how to destress either and you can make changes at any age!
