Annette and Lorenzo are both grateful to be able to share with you the energy, anecdotes, and life experiences that Mr. Omar Medrano has graciously shared with them.  

Mr. Medrano has owned several franchises, is an Author, a business coach, has been on several stages, and is a avid student in the art of business. Mr. Medrano frequently invests in himself in order to provide his customers valuable information that will elevate their business and their life to the next level. 

On this Episode Mr. Medrano shares a portion of his troubled youth and how doubters fueled him to be the Entrepreneur he is today.

Mr. Slaughter is running for City Council, District 2 for the City of Lakewood. 

Mr. Slaughter has been a mentor of Lorenzo since approximately 2003. "It has been a pleasure to have him on in this Episode!" said Lorenzo. They talked a little about Mr. Slaughters background and experience. More specifically, why he is running for a political seat in Southern California.

It is always best to just be yourself. The last thing you want to happen is for you to get to an older age, look back and have regrets for not being yourself and not doing or saying what you really wanted to say and do. 

Why the title? A few years ago the candy TWIX used to have commercials where a person said what was on their mind and immediately wish they could take it back... then the commercial cut and a voice loudly interrupted by saying "Need a moment". Well, apparently Lorenzo had a lot of Twix back in the day. LOL.

Follow our Journey! As a first generation American couple born from Mexican parents, we believe we have tons of things we need to be grateful for. One of those things is the fact we live in the USA, with unlimited opportunity for growth. Both Lorenzo and I have a professional background as diverse as the places where we grew up. We want to share our experiences to anyone who is thinking of doing something more but find themselves finding ‘reasons’ on why they can’t. Also, the biggest WHY for this podcast is to leave a video and podcast trail for our children and our children’s children.
