Today started a bit early and Susan was struggling a bit with her schedule as the holidays approached. we picked a random number #76 to help inspire her to be flexible. Cici came up and chose #28 after which Melissa came up and got emotional about how much her file has been changing with her pick #10.

It is true for all things, that while aligned with life
There is yielding, flexibility, and grace.

All things are stiff, brittle, and inflexible.
In all things we can witness plainly
Rigidity, of any kind, is a companion of death,
Softness, of any kind, is a companion of life.
Be soft and yielding, it overcomes rigidity.
