Incredible heart! Healing voice!

Peace in a podcast

Tara’s delivery and humor help to process our human experience, ancient wisdom & humor. I notice in times of heightened anxiety or stress in my life, that listening to this podcast soothes the anxious mind & body, and aids in purging the tension & replaced with strategies, meditation, knowledge, all very easily digestible. Tara drops wisdom & draws connection in a way that is so applicable to our modern world.
