  • Star Trek NFT for enthusiasts, that's fewocious AND how to become a best-selling author
    Apr 10 2022
Star Trek NFT for enthusiasts The Paramount company, like many big companies, is now launching their own NFT market-place. To promote this they are using their rights to Star Trek to turn the franchise into an NFT project. For just under $250, a computer-generated starship can be purchased. Fans of the series are not thrilled, because in their opinion this does not fit the image of the brand. The NFT's should also be an important criteria for further collections and could perhaps become the flagship of the Paramount.xyz marketplace. Since Paramount also owns rights for Nickelodeon, many are now also thinking of NFT collections of Spongebob, for example. It remains exciting. That's fewocious The 19 year old artist Victor Langlois has collected 20 million dollars in 24 hours for his own metaverse called Fewo-World. For 24 hours, anyone who wanted to could buy a piece of art by the artist known as Fewocious. Almost 5000 people followed the purchase request. The young artist now wants to invest this money in expanding his team to make his own Metaverse possible. With almost 50 million dollars in sales, he is one of the best-known artists on the NFT scene. He describes his approaches as: "The way I view it is, what would Michelangelo do if he had a laptop and social media to talk to the best creators on Earth," How to become a best-selling author GaryVee, who is widely known in the NFT, Web3 world, has a book out called "Twelve and a Half". To promote this, he announced on Instagram that buying 12 copies of this book could have benefits. It subsequently turned out that each owner of 12 books will receive an NFT to the book. This NFT is now a requirement to be entered into a drawing, the winners of which will receive a 2nd generation VeeFriend NFT. These NFT's entitle to participate in events and also always offer the possibility to resell them. A 1st generation VeeFriend currently costs at least 50 thousand dollars. The NFT's which qualify you for the 2nd generation are currently available for about 1000€.

  • Opensea with new upswing, Hack to Earn AND Art NFT to the moon
    Apr 3 2022
Opensea with new upswing Opensea announced today that Solana NFT's will be tradable on their platform in the future. This has been expected by many for months and is the next logical step to maintain market power. Solana is responsible for the 2nd most NFT transactions and excels in fast and cheap transactions. These have eluded Opensea until now. Moreover, the lack of supply provided an opportunity for other marketplaces to grow by specializing in this blockchain. Hack to Earn A team of hackers managed to capture 600 million dollars in crypto currency. In the process, the play-to-earn game Axie Invinity was attacked. Such thefts are unfortunately not isolated cases in the NFT world and Web 3.0 marketplaces need to provide more security and order in the long run. The in-game currency plummeted by 20% after the hack was announced, which many felt was very little, as 20% up and down can be a normal progression of cryptos. Art NFT to the moon When it comes to the most successful living artist, many think of Beeple or Banksy. But it is actually Jeff Koons. The artist now wants to take his first steps into the NFT world. The project is called "Jeff Koons: Moon Phases". For this Koons created a physical art-piece and put it also onto a NFT. The artwork then will be transported to the moon, in keeping with the "to the moon" meme. Koons says of his project: "I wanted to create a historically meaningful NFT project rooted in humanistic and philosophical thought,"
