Great Tips for Coping with Perfectionism

Dr Cohn does a great job explaining the profile of a perfectionist and how being too critical of oneself in a match leads to tight tennis. He recommends playing functional tennis vs perfect tennis by letting go of the expectations. He also recommends focusing on the positives vs the negatives after a match to build confidence for the next match. Great help for me.
