    ✅ Our Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals and families by providing affordable 'Legal Consultancy' and 'McMcKenzie Advocacy Services', ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and support to navigate the 'English Legal System' effectively. We believe that access to justice is a fundamental right, and we are here to make that right a reality for all.

    ✅ What We Do

    • Legal Consultancy & McKenzie Friends Advocacy Services: For just £50.00 a month subscription, we offer expert 'Legal Consultancy Services' and the support of 'McKenzie Friends'. These services are tailored to assist LiPs in understanding and managing their cases, providing guidance, strategic planning and ensuring they are well-prepared for court proceedings.

    • Private Members Support Community: Our clients who are paying the £50.00 monthly subscription get access to 'Private Client Support Facebook & WhatsApp Groups' and 'Sunday Online Weekly Zoom Meetings' for ongoing support within our client community.

    ✅ Correcting Miscarriages of Justice

At The Access To Justice For Families Foundation, we are deeply committed to addressing and correcting miscarriages of justice. We understand that the 'English Legal System' can sometimes fail those who are most vulnerable, leading to wrongful outcomes that have devastating effects on individuals and their families. Our mission is to ensure that justice is not just a principle but a reality for everyone we serve.

    • Advocacy for the Wronged: We provide specialised 'Legal Consultancy' and 'Advocacy Services' aimed at identifying, challenging, and rectifying miscarriages of justice. Whether it's through detailed case reviews, offering strategic legal solutions to the legal problem, or providing 'McKenzie Friends Support', we work tirelessly to ensure that every voice is heard and every injustice is addressed by holding the 'Rule of Law' and respecting the 'Constitutional Human Rights' of our clients.

    • Support for Litigants in Person: 'Miscarriages of Justice' often occur when individuals are forced to navigate the 'English Legal System' without adequate representation. By supporting 'Litigants In Person' with the knowledge, skills, and advocacy they need, we help prevent such injustices from occurring in the first place. Our goal is to level the playing field, ensuring that everyone has a fair chance at justice, regardless of their financial resources, placing 'Litigants In Person's back on equal footing.

    • Empowerment through Education: Through our online learning school, we offer courses that equip individuals with the legal knowledge necessary to recognise and challenge unjust legal outcomes. By empowering people with this knowledge, we aim to reduce the occurrence of 'Miscarriages of Justice' and ensure that those affected have the tools to seek redress.

*Disclaimer: We do not provide legal advice. We can recommend visiting the 'The Law Society' website to find a regulated solicitor

Evidence law in England is a fundamental component of the legal system, governing how information is used in courts to establish facts and reach verdicts. This body of law determines what evidence is admissible, the required proof standards, and how evidence should be presented. Understanding the types of evidence and the principles underlying their use is crucial for ensuring fair and just legal proceedings.

Our Charity CEO, Sian Gissing-McMeel, takes Litigants In Person through the different types of evidence law and explains why it is essential to introduce evidence law in family court proceedings.

I am Sian Gissing-McMeel, a Mother and Advocate for Truth and justice. I am also a whistleblower about corruption in family court.

I expose the corruption in Bristol Family Courts by Judge HHJ Myles Watkins, HHJJudge Stephen Wildblood and HHJ Judge Stephanie Cope.

I expose in the Public Interest to keep transparency and trust between the Court System and the General Public.

Sir James Munby discussed the importance of transparency in family law. Our system is at an all-time high on corruption, fraud and unlawful court orders that weaponise and exploit children for their financial gain.

I command a Public Inquiry to stop this corruption and expose this fraud and malfeasance of public office on behalf of all mothers and children affected by this subject.

If you have been hurt or exposed to any corruption in family court, please reach out to me.

Please SHARE to get this exposed.

Local Authority Corrects Their Mistake: Unlawful Council Tax Charges: by Sian Gissing-McMeel

Season 2 is here, and more good news for my charity. I have helped a family hold their Local Authority (Council) accountable for unlawful charges on their Council Tax Bill.

My client contacted my charity for assistance as their local authority was charging excessive amounts unlawfully, placing our client in hardship, which could have led to 'Court Summons', risking their home, and eviction.

I reviewed the Council Tax Bill and the documents provided.

I had noted the Local Authorities mistakes as follows:

❌ 1. Had not applied the 'Single Persons Occupancy Rate' for two years.

❌ 2. Had unlawful 'Summons & Court Costs' charges were applied when no case had been conducted.

Please visit my website to view the corrected document by the local authority.
