We read the grand jury indictment on the Wisconsin judge, yet she believes she has “judicial immunity.” Jonathan Turley doesn’t see how that is possible.

Now that white farmers are being slaughtered in South Africa, President Trump has granted those who flee, refugee status. This prompted the Episcopal church to cancel it’s mission to help resettle foreign refugees in the United States.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), the Democrat’s Village Idiot, has a comment about educated people. Looks like the DEI rules inside the DNC may cause the ousting of DNC Vice Chair David Hogg. And, we close with one of the most important comments in today’s speech by Donald Trump given in Saudi Arabia regarding the state of Iran.

Our show opens with huge news from Geneva as the United States and China have struck a deal. This is a huge win on top of the past week’s wins. Even PM Kier Starmer, after his White House meeting last week to sign-off on the UK trade deal seems like a different person.

I discuss both sides of the issue, from the Left who are convinced this is a bribe to those on the Right calling it a rigged Trojan Horse. It feels like most are missing the point and it’s Trump calling out Boeing and all other government suppliers that their days of billing for nothing are over.

24 schools in the state of Illinois have zero students who are able to read at grade level. It’s sad, but it seems to be the goal of the Left. They don’t want people able to read and ask questions.

Finally, speaking of not asking questions, Chuck Dodd said the Biden cognitive decline story was a result of sources lying to the press. In other words, his excuse is reporters go with whatever their “sources” tell them without vetting, digging deeper, having any sense of curiosity or doing anything remotely journalistic. At least, that’s how I heard it!

We get positive news that the DOGE effort to modernize the Federal governments retirement program has been officially implemented. What used to take between 3-6 months can now be completed in 3-5 days. Judge Jeanine Pirro is Trump’s new nominee to be US Attorney for Washington, D.C. And, finally, it seems there is a mass exodus beginning to take shape as mass layoffs inside the Beltway are leading to people moving out of town.

Our show opens with news that a new Pope has been selected. At the time I was live, they had not yet announced the name, but I am sure we will discuss that in-depth tomorrow. I spend a good amount of time on a hearing with USA Fencing as well as a one on continued problems with anti-Semitism on campus. In fact, just as these hearings were taking place, over 100 pro-Hamas cosplaying terrorist wanna-be’s stormed the library on Columbia’s campus. However, this time, at least 80 were arrested and Secretary of State Marco Rubio promises to revoke foreign visas where applicable.

This gets me to the whole Hamas v. Israel topic. I spend time on how Hamas knows how to play the propaganda game with the West. It’s because we have had a few generations of graduates indoctrinated in the oppressor v. oppressed model, instead of knowing right from wrong. And, it seems the Trump administration is done with the lie of a two-state solution.

We move to the hypocrisy of Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) and his private flights. We remind you President Obama discussed how he had to follow immigration law, while Biden told an audience he was planning to ignore the law.

Next, I admit I have likely missed what AG Bondi and FBI Director Patel were doing as their first priority. While we are all grumbling about the lack of perp-walking corrupt politicians, they have been going after child traffickers! When it comes to the agenda, there is no doubt that is more important.

We close on a big win for Trump, announcing the first renegotiated trade deal was with the UK! On a separate note, Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) has been successful in tanking Trump’s nomination of US Attorney Ed Martin. This two-faced RINO is still upset over January 6. Yet, he had the gall of praising the UK deal, even though just a week or so ago, he pledged to remove the tariff power from the president. We have a lot of house-cleaning yet to do!

We now have word the owner of the vehicle that was stopped by the Tennessee Highway Patrol with Kilmar Abrego Garcia driving and filled with people, says he paid Garcia several times to run people into the country from the border.

Next, we go to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s testimony on the Hill yesterday. To illustrate the level of intellect inherent to the Democrat Party today, we turn to Rep. Nydia Velazquez (D-NY). Then, for the added cherry on top, we turn to mad Maxine Waters (D-CA) regarding DOGE. This leads to a short segment on why DOGE needs to continue working daily to find and root out the fraud, waste, abuse and corruption.

Then we shift to the live show from Tuesday, May 06, 2025 at AFP. We start with a short conversation with Jeff Thompson of AFP before turning to Tony West. West joined AFP in Georgia in 2015. He has served in various roles before being elevated to State Director in October of 2023. Prior to joining AFP, he spent three years as an analyst in the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget under Gov. Nathan Deal.

Our keynote guest is Beverly Peyton, newly elected head of the GOP for Bartow County, GA. We talk a lot about her beginnings, growing up in Chicago and watching jobs and factories move away, leaving her and many of her friends on the edge of poverty. Realizing she was a critical point of turning down a bad path, she instead enlisted in the National Guard and it turned her life around and set her on a path of growth and success. She started to become more politically active in 2016 and is now a local leader in the Republican Party.

After the interviews, I discuss the topic of immigration, due process and how the Legacy/mainstream media wants to take pieces of the 5th and 14th Amendments to try to make their points. I also spend some time on AI and what it will mean for everyone. We then close with a short Q&A session with the audience.
