About this listen
My guest today is Allen Mendenhall, Associate Dean and Grady Rosier Professor in the Sorrell College of Business and Executive Director of the Manuel H. Johnson Center for Political Economy.
There is little doubt that you’ve heard about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Critical Race Theory (CRT) and Environmental, Social Governance (ESG).
These three policies have infiltrated the colleges, seeped into the K-12 educational system and caused Corporate America to reshape their hiring policies and at times dramatically altered their go-to-market strategies.
In just a few years, the drive to install the mindset of these Alphabet social justice programs onto society has, at times, turned generations against each other, caused an upheaval in education across the country and created undo challenges to the business community.
