About this listen

No woman wants to face the horror of her husband’s betrayal. Or have to recover from the emotional, physical & financial trauma and never-ending consequences.

But these courageous women DID. And we’ll walk with you, so YOU can too.

If you’re experiencing pain, chaos, and isolation due to your husband’s lying, anger, gaslighting, manipulation, infidelity, and/or emotional abuse…

If he’s undermined you and condemned you as an angry, codependent, controlling gold-digger…

If you think your husband might be an addict or narcissist. Or even if he’s “just” a jerk…

If your husband (or ex) is miserable to be around, this podcast is for YOU.

BTR will never call you codependent, trauma bonded, or being responsible for your abuse. while the gloves off approach may make abusers bristle, the truth hurts.

You won't hear the same tired old sex addiction recovery industrial complex / Carnes empire / CSAT / podcaster platitudes telling you to be gentle with someone who expresses no gentleness towards you. There is no place for grace when someone is lying to your face.

Pushing forgiveness when the perpetrator isn't sorry helps no one. Accountability is key. Shame didn't make him CHOOSE to lie, manipulate, gaslight, and live without integrity.

Non victim blaming

I have been a member of BTR for a few months through podcasts and groups. This group has given me knowledge and strength. That has helped me navigate this difficult time. This was going on long before I came in to his life. And this is perfect. I know there is peace and happiness ahead. Thank you BTR

This podcast and group have been the most helpful and validating therapy. I hope that anyone who experienced this kind of trauma is able to find this resource. I am forever grateful to finally find REAL help. Unfortunately there is a lot of not great places we all go for help and it ends up doing more damage. And there is a lot of family or friends who even give not great advice also. I wish everyone knew about BTR. Anne and all of the amazing counselors with BTR, THANK YOU

Anyone with trauma needs this!!!

This podcast helps listeners with recovery from sexual based betrayal, trauma, and abuse within relationships. I am dealing with a marriage that is suffering due to a drug addiction but I find the advice and discussion very helpful. I really feel like I found allies that understand and can educate on the subtleties of an abusive relationship.

I’m not alone!
