    Happy Tuesday! In this episode I'm joined by The Plant Prof himself, Vikram Baliga from Texas Tech University. Vikram is a Horticulturist working as a lecturer and greenhouse and gardens manager and he's using Mark Watney (Space Pirate) from Andy Weir's "The Martian" to explain his work and research. 

    This episode ended up covering a huge range of topics, from hydroponics, to plant sweat, food deserts, accessible lecturing, Bristlecone Pines and a whole lot more.
