The discussion is an enlightening and encouraging discussion about loving Jesus and therapy, being committed to following Jesus while still wrestling with depression and anxiety, and the call for a conversation between the church and those experiencing depression.

In this episode, we are joined by Pastor Justin Kendrick, Lead Pastor of Vox Church, to discuss his new book, "How to Quiet a Hurricane," and how we as Christians can endure suffering and the part the Church plays in that unique journey.
