As we approach the new year (5785) Karen discusses the ideas of hope and rebirth, using the analogy of birth to think through themes at this time in the calendar. She then interviews Dr. Shira Fishman, OBGYN and high risk pregnancy specialist, and discusses with her the role of doctors in preventing pregnancy problems, and the challenges that can arise around pregnancy. The conversation concludes with their hopes for renewal and healing in the upcoming year.
