 What is the Future of Work? This is something every business leader and professional is considering. When 6% of jobs will be gone in 2020 and 38%-50% of jobs may be gone by 2030, people want to know what to consider now. We will look at the industries that impacted first and which ones will be next and thereafter. Additionally, we will examine what technical tools can be used to engage the workforce of the future. Will robots take over part of our workforce and what do leaders need to do in order to set their employees up for success? Anne Loehr will help us also look at how we balance the human aspect with the technical aspect when creating leaders. Her experience and end goal is to help organizations retain their top talent and not only survive, but thrive. She has worked with diverse organizations such as AstraZeneca, Merrill Lynch, American Red Cross, Coca-Cola and Williams-Sonoma.
